Held in the first weeks of December, the Annual Meeting is one of the most
important meetings of the High Flyers' year and our membership is strongly encouraged to attend and participate.
On the agenda that evening is the Election of the club's Officers.
In addition, the Treasury report, the Committees' reports and the Officers' reports are presented recapping the year's
Spring Hunt Test, Training Days, other events, expenditures and revenue.
Afterwards, plans are promptly initiated for a smooth and timely transition of leadership and suggestions,
ideas and tentative plans for the coming year are sought and brought to the table for discussion and/or action in the New
Year.
